Shipping policy

Processing time: Orders are handmade and typically ship within 3-5 business days of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays.

Shipping regions: We currently ship within Canada and the U.S. via UPS, FEDEX, Canada post and or USPS

Shipping rates: Calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Local pickup: Local pickup is available at markets and at Maritime Crafts and More in Shediac select this option at checkout if you'd like to avoid shipping costs. We'll contact you to arrange a pickup time.

Weather delays: During warm months, we may briefly delay shipping to avoid product melting in transit. We appreciate your patience; quality is worth the wait!

Tracking: You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

Lost or delayed packages: We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier once a package has shipped, but we're happy to help track down a missing order just reach out.
